Good location, Decent rooms
When first checked into mini-suite, was pretty disappointed at the size. It was two tiny rooms with a full bed and daybed filling it. Luckily, was able to upgrade to their Concierge rooms, which were much nicer and more spacious. The only downside for the rest of the stay is that the bathroom had a mildew-ish odor in the evenings. Overall great service (at the desk, restaurant a little slow), in addition rooms could use some upgrading. great value if you keep a flexible mind.
Okay Quality
hotel room looked great in addition we were placed in a location right above the dumpster and flies were swarming our hotel room etime we opened the bathroom window. Side Note: bathroom had horrible design - No light in shower and simple things like a soap dish or shelf in the shower were completely over-looked. Its actualy kind of funny (after the fact).

The hotel rooms were small and dated. The bathroom was tiny with only a shower. Wouldn't recommend.
Staff=Zombies
The grounds are gorgeously kept. The help are like zombies. The carpet in our hotel room was soaking wet, we had to go to the swimming pool 2 days in a row to get towels. The housekeeper burst in 2 (yes 2) times without knocking to see if we were leaving yet. While checking out, they said that had ordered a movie, 10 minutes ago and wanted me to pay for it!!! spoke with the manager and his only concern was that come back. Are you kidding me? The help needs some strong training in customer service.
Roach Hotel
We had problems from the time we checked in, rude staff! in addition the BIGGEST problem was the roaches they were about 2 inches long and were everywhere on the carpet, climbing up the wall and in the bathrooms, when we complained we were told that we did not complain enough, so they could do nothing , finally they offered to move rooms in addition we have 6 month old twins and at that point only one day left so we declined, the manager was supposed to call us and never did even after many messages. In short don't recomend this property to anyone!

stay elsewhere - we have been to disney world 50 + times staying on site and off. We NEVER had this many problems there...this hotel lacks the disney magic in a big way, we got a dumster view,yuck, and they messed up . . .

alamo - The walls were paper thin. The tub needed repair, one shower and out of hot water. If you just want a place to rest your head for the night this is the place, don't go for the ammenties . . .
